- List property for rent
- Advertise property for rent
- Recieve applications from prospective tennants
- Screen tennants using a set of criteria
- Ensure Lease and all pertinent documents are done
- Collect Application Fee, Security Deposit, Rents
- Ensure Repair requests are recieved and addressed
- Conduct Periodic Property Inspections
- Additional activities as needs require
